Old shit before these guys even got big.
Punk's not dead.
It bothers me that Rogue Wave are not too much into music videos because their songs lend themselves to the format. Maybe they want their listeners to do that job?
So many concerts I went to had great music playing well before any act hit the stage......this is one that was played all the time in Vancouver and I thought, why the hell am I not waiting for them to hit the stage.
One from their latest albums.....talking about a jumper from the Lion's Gate Bridge in Vancouver which has the same "notoriety/affection" as the Golden Gate. Probably the most beautiful crossing bar none.

One of the few times the soundtrack from a movie made more of an impression on me than story on screen. Dream with the Fishes is the name of the movie and these are but three of a number of good songs in the soundtrack.
For some reason, the one I wanted, Billy Away, by Chaser does not seem to be on the intertubes. Got the CD however.
Not get up and dance type stuff but pretty deep.

Really conflicted here. I don't like Muse's new single (yet?), but it's not worthy of its own thread or the *** Worst Songs of All Time *** (yet?). I only gave it one full listen. I wasn't excited to give it another. It seems like something of a level to people (like me) that asked for a return to "old" Muse. Self-parody much? Is the profanity supposed to be serious business or comic relief?
Disclaimer: favorite Muse album is Origin of Symmetry (2001)

Great rendition of the song and the video makes it even better.

For the late nighters, the shut ins, the tied up, or the f'd up, go to #3 if you're about to nod off.

You take a big chance when you cover a song of that intensity/greatness. Despite the visuals, she destroyed that song. Also a killer band was a major component in making that song so popular. She's OBV been told her shit don't stink. Another way to get noticed I guess but she should have grabbed an old Patsy Cline ditty.
