My wife was saying last night that nepotism in law firms is so rampant that his brother being a partner it would of been a no brainer his idiot brother would get a job no matter what degree he had. She also says the law lingo is top shelf compared to just about every show. She also loved the scene of him chasing the DA around trying to make a deal and he keeps repeating "petty with a prior". She's lived that same scenario.
