Did I have Superaids in 2010?

This is a real document from a medical office, dated 10/26/2010

I did not photoshop anything, aside from blocking out details of the name/phone #/address of the office.

I did not write anything on it myself, nor did anyone outside of the office add anything to it.



Also recall that, in the second half of 2010 (including October), I was stricken with a peculiar series of illnesses within a short period of time, including 3 worst-of-my-life colds, shingles, and pink eye.

Explain.

The ICD 9 code below is for Herpes Zoster Virus. I believe the Doc was thinking about his gay one night stand the night before and Instead of writing HZV he wrote HIV. Lolz.
