Now if he opens up a site in Antigua, he is basically giving the Feds the finger at that point, and they would be much less sympathetic and the penalties would likely be 3-5 years in jail.
He is basically saying he never wants to return to the US. I am sure his in-laws are literally puking right now. I am sure they probably always scratched their head why their daughter threw away a law career to shack up with an unemployed grifter in Las Vegas. But now it's a third world country.
It will be interesting to see how much they like the beach a year from now.
