Dan Bilzerian's ostentatious lifestyle could bite him in the ass ... because the woman he kicked in the face is now gunning for punitive damages based on his income.

TMZ broke the story ... model Vanessa Castano is suing Bilzerian for kicking her in the face Saturday night at a Miami nightclub.

We're told her lawyer is demanding $1 million to settle. Her argument is simple ... if he doesn't settle and he gets socked with punitive damages -- a jury will see his lavish lifestyle and nail him for millions in order for him to really feel it.

Dan has famously flaunted his wealth. He's bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table and posted another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him. He's also bragged about winning more than $10 mil in one tournament.

And he loves Instagramming his fleet of jets, cars, boats and other toys.

This kick in the face could end up being a bigger kick in the face to him.

He said on the Howard Stern interview that many of the photos of him surrounded by hot women are staged. He actually has a social media guy who helps put together things like that for him.

That's not to say he doesn't actually hang out with and bang a lot of stripper types, but I think a lot of what you see on Instagram doesn't really represent what's happening/

I do believe the account that he doesn't play much poker. I've always felt his "high stakes poker" involvement is just a cover to hide Daddy's money.

Just ask NFL super agent Drew Rosenhaus and his ridiculously hot, much younger wife, Miami real estate agent Lisa Thomson. On Sunday, police were called to their Miami home for a “domestic dispute.” On Monday, TMZ reported that their epic blowout may have been caused by the fact that Thomson partied with Bilzerian and his posse of bikini babes last month.

I say the blowout may have been caused by this because TMZ has conflicting sources. One says Drew Rosenhaus had no problem at all with the fact that his sexy wife was partying with a guy who is famous pretty much exclusively for nailing hot women. The other source says Rosenhaus really didn’t like the fact that his wife was acting like a “spring break party chick.”

Personally, I believe the second source. According to police reports, Thomson says Drew’s brother called her a “whore” and an “alcoholic” before Drew tossed her some garbage bags and told her to get out. Given the photos that emerged from the Bilzerian bikini boat party, as well as Bilzerian’s reputation for nailing hot women, it’s pretty easy to understand why Rosenhaus would be concerned.

Poker pro Dan Bilzerian avoids jail time in explosives case
By Ken Ritter, Associated Press

Poker professional and Internet playboy Dan Bilzerian and a pal capitalized on Bilzerian's substantial Instagram following Friday to avoid prosecution on felony explosives charges in Las Vegas.

Bilzerian's lawyer, David Chesnoff, told a judge his client will record a public service announcement for the federal Bureau of Land Management to resolve the criminal case resulting from the detonation of a homemade explosive beneath a tractor-trailer cab at an unofficial shooting range outside Las Vegas.

The PSA will advise viewers what not to do on public land.

Bilzerian, 34, and Jeremy Guymon, 36, both of Las Vegas, didn't appear before Justice of the Peace Joseph Sciscento.

Because the Nov. 4 explosion sparked a small wildfire, Chesnoff and attorney Richard Schonfeld, for Guymon, entered no-contest pleas to misdemeanor failing to extinguish a fire. The lawyers paid a combined $20,000 in restitution.

Chief Deputy Clark County District Attorney David Stanton called it unnecessary to prosecute the two men. They could have faced felony explosives charges carrying the possibility of up to 12 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Chesnoff and Schonfeld said outside court that their clients were happy to resolve the case.

Not sure how it is that I'm just now finding this video. I have been watching FPS Russia's videos for a while. He's actually from Georgia not from Russia but he makes good videos and somehow gets his hands on a shit ton of weapons. The ATF even raided his farm at one point looking for explosives.
