I've gotta stop waking up late on Sundays and holiday Mondays.

Totally wanted this Philly under, woke up after it started. Looks like it will win again, as most Philly unders do these days.

To be fair, I would have faded Dertoit with Atl -7.5, and that's tied right now, so maybe I would have split. But of course that might win too.

Also would have taken Charlotte -6, in most likelihood, and that is crushing.

Just running bad in the NBA in several ways:

- Last minute screw jobs
- Few of the reverse situation, where I get an undeserved win from a last minute lucky situation
- The picks I want to bet and don't end up winning
- I bet the wrong side with a misclick and lost by 1

Toronto +1 at Milwaukee - I think Toronto will break out today and beat Milwaukee, despite Toronto's 2-7 run at the moment.

New Orleans at NY - Under 193.5 - If I can't go with my usual Philly under play, at least I'll do the next best thing and go with Knicks under. The Pelicans may be missing Holiday and Davis today, but even if they're not, I still like this. The Pelicans have scored over 95 just 3 times in their past 9 games. The Knicks, well.... they've scored 82 or fewer in 7 of their past 9 contests!

Fucking Bovada.

They are the only book on the planet giving Toronto -1 right now. Everywhere else is Toronto +1. Fuck them. I'm not doing it.

And they are refusing to let me put more than 525 right now on NY under, so I will wait and try again soon. Depends who you get over there approving bets. I've had bets rejected and then accepted when I resubmit a minute later.

I think I will look into getting a Heritage account today.

Had Philly/Washington under. Turned into a closer sweat than necessary with both teams sinking 3's near end.

All games starting out uber slow today for over/under. Everyone must be hungover or something no idea.

Thought about it more and read some and I like your proactive Toronto pick. Milwaukee got beaten by them by a million last time and still may be on a hangover from their London trip... if I had to play I would pick Toronto because they have to be hungry but milwaukee has to be one of the most athletic teams in the league minus matt Barnes which makes me hesitate.


I took bulls vs. Cavs over 205.5 with a local guy. Bulls no defense without Noah and cavs hungry. Kevin love possibly out as well which hurts cavs d.

The window is about to open to blindly start betting the Cavs too.

I got pels vs. Knicks under 191. If I had to take a side I'd take the Knicks in that one.

Bovada really is gambling hard on the raptors today. I can't see it any other way. Both sharp and square lines locked at a number two points away from everyone else

It's actually amazing how bad I run on Bovada with the line moving the wrong way for me.

I would understand if I was always going the square way or the sharp way, but my bets are really a mixture of both, and yet I rarely get the advantage of the better line side there.

It's almost like Bovada thinks, "What side would Todd pick?" and then sets the line worse on that side.

The favorites make sense, as typically square money goes heavily on those, but I am also finding worse lines on the dogs I take, as well as the unders where most of the public is going over. And yet when I go over, I get the worse line, too.

I will be done with them shortly (for the most part) once I get set up on a new book. I'm eyeing heritage and will probably go to CVS today and buy prepaid VISA cards to deposit there.
