It's not a Frigidaire. Never got an answer on the water diverter thing.

The manufacturer were a bunch of cocksuckers when I called them. To make a long story short, they don't give a shit. They are "creating a case" but won't ever tell me the result of it (lol).

Well, just looked them up on Yelp, and they have HORRIBLE reviews. I don't know why I didn't look at that before I had them come over. I guess I was an idiot and trusted the manufacturer.

So I guess my threat to report them to the review sites will be laughed off. Anyone who sees their existing reviews would never hire them anyway.

Guess it's time to kiss my $59 goodbye.

I will call the manufacturer and complain, hopefully at least getting it off their list of recommended repair companies, so others don't get screwed.

Kind of strange an honest service tech working with such a dishonest outfit. I think once he got back to his office and management heard about the situation they hoped you would be desperate enough to start throwing money at the problem. The service tech may have learned of their course and not want to call you and talk to you knowing his company was being dishonest. Don't blame him.

They wouldn't take their replacement part back out if it didn't fix the problem? That's pretty fucking unbelievable.

For home use? If you're buying a $1000+ dishwasher you're doing it wrong.

I'm usually in the $600 range.

You can get a good new dishwasher in Canada for $4-500. Just replaced ours last year after the other one crapped out after 12 years.

Todd , queens New York has more ethnicities per square mile than any other place in the u.s.a. the modern day immigrants come Here only to get over on stupid Americans..that is what they really think of us..Evan the waiters I hire whether Mexican or Romania are just so money hungry and fake..it's not like back in the day..I also have an African American and an avg Joe white guy..they come to work to earn a days pay and are very pleasant..the other ones are just trying to get over whenever they can..it might sound racist but it's true.
