Russian appliance repair company tried to scam me - what should I do?

Thanks for the water diverter thread.

It's not a Frigidaire. Never got an answer on the water diverter thing.

The manufacturer were a bunch of cocksuckers when I called them. To make a long story short, they don't give a shit. They are "creating a case" but won't ever tell me the result of it (lol).
