Made a butternut squash and mascarpone ravioli. I cheated and used two wanton wrappers and rolled them together instead of using real dough. It took about five minutes to cook. I just rolled them up with some filling and put them in a pot of boiling water for about three minutes. I had a sauce pan of some browned butter waiting and once I put them ravs in I put it on med-high heat for about 2 minutes each side and added some fresh grated parm cheese on top when it was plated. It was money as an appetizer.
