They tried outlawing saggy pants in Brevard County in 2012. Cocoa FL scrapped I believe, but Cocoa beach is looking to do it again among other places. Florida is broke and desperate for revenue raisers, so this is easy game for these pieces of dirt.

Only time I can recall in history when they did this was around the 1400's when the merchant class could afford the same clothes as nobles, so the king issued a decree banning anyone from dressing above their class. I guess this is like a reverse of that though. Next thing you know, their will be a penalty for hunting on the king's lands.. wait..

This has not been the land of the free in a very long time ,However if You compare it to other country's then we are very lucky people .

I'm all for less laws more freedom and always been one to not care about what others are doing ,But sometimes a ban hammer has to be dropped because someone has to protect these people from losing there clothes in the streets and before you know it the next trend will only be worse they will be running around im only boxers,If you create a 50's to now timeline then it's clear anything is possible when it comes to behavior and trends
