Don't have a dog in this fight, but Vegas spent quite a while pimping his boat out for rides at Lake Meade. That is all I needed to know about this guy. He has always struck me as a slick opportunist.

You really don't know shit about Vegas. If pimping out your boat is giving your friends a sweet opportunity to spend an awesome day on a boat, in a lake so be it. I consider that to just be a really nice guy. He strikes me as the type of dude I could show up to Vegas and he'd find me a quarter of the stickiest chronic he could find. I'm willing to bet he's a nice and just genuine guy. Maybe I'm speaking from experience. Maybe not....
