Yeah, I loved the Activision games the best too. I flipped both of these when I was like 10.

This is the original for the C64 before the series was renamed as Links. I played the fuck out of this back in the day.

We learned to program on the C64 when I was in gifted classes. They would let us play games if we finished our projects early. All we had at the school was Zork, Lode Runner, and Caveman Ugglympics. I have some fond memories of those classes.
