Congrats Tony!
I was lucky enough today to have a group of 16 people (all season ticket holders) all from your area at the bar. We had their 12 flag hanging from the wall, made a ton of blue/green shots, they ran around the bar high fiving everyone after every TD including fairly pissed of Broncos fans...lol. The Sea-HAWKS chant was shouted endlessly. They made sure to go celebrate with this paraplegic kid in a Seahawks jersey and his dad after every score too. They were probably the best group I've ever had for a Superbowl, and I've worked them all since 2001 (aside from 2004). By the time it was near the end they were buying shots and drinks for every Broncos fan that was left in the place. I don't think I've ever seen a Superbowl win appreciated as much as how these people loved it. As an Eagles fan who has yet to know the awesomeness of winning a Superbowl, it was really cool to get to experience a first time win with some truly passionate members of the 12th Man, and not some band wagon jumping faggots
Congrats to you guys. I'm happy for you.
BTW, Russel Wilson HOF. Book it.
Congrats Tony.
It was nice to have the two best teams from their respective conference duke it out. One of my biggest annoyances with the NFL is that the playoffs often seem like an injury plagued, war of attrition. At least the two best teams (apologies SF) were in it this year.
But holy shit, what a lopsided affair. It was harsh watching the game with nothing but diehard Broncos fans, simply no fun when everyone is quiet/upset. The fun of being 'the guy' who was on the other side financially wore off shortly after 5-0. Taking $50 off a diehard who took Denver -7 second half only added insult to injury.
Wow, he must be on top of his progressions.
Congrats Tony,
Wilson is very impressive.
I've never seen Manning so confused in a game, and then never so mad after.
The defense was just a curtain.
Baldwin is the shit, a real secret weapon.
( I still think the play of the SF-Sea game was that Fran Tarkenten-esq Wilson to Baldwin 50 yarder)
Those runs by Harvin were deadly and the KR, nail in the coffin early in the 3rd.
Dude, get the fuck over this shit. I make a little criticism about your man crush, which was said more than once by people that know a lot more about football than you or I, (it was discussed on Inside the NFL BTW, not just NBC sports or whatever the fuck you quoted), and is BLATANTLY obvious to anyone that has seen Kap play, and you act like I banged your sister and never called her again. He definitely has a tendency to stare down his receivers, there is no question about this. Case in point once again...
Please learn to accept some small criticisms of sports figures you want to blow, for the love of God.
Oh, BTW...
Looks like it worked. The Seahawks' No. 1 task in Sunday's NFC West showdown at San Francisco seems obvious: make 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick go through his progression without leaving the pocket.
"He just kind of locks onto the primary target," an executive in personnel for another NFL team told USA TODAY Sports on condition of anonymity for competitive reasons. "If it's not there, he kind of panics – and still makes some plays."
That's the danger of Kaepernick, 26, whose completion percentage (57.8%), touchdown to interception ratio (15:7) and passer rating (88.9) are all down in his first full season as the starter.
"He obviously makes a ton of plays when things are broken down and the DBs have to cover guys longer than what they normally have to," another NFL executive said. "But I think if you can keep him on that spot and just get to him early, you can disrupt him. You can rattle him."
"To me, it's one read and done," the second executive said. "If he's got to sit back in the pocket and try and read coverages and go to his second and third reads, it's going to be a long day."

Thanks Lolzfather. I liked the MVP pick, but it could have gone to any number of guys. Def should have been a defensive player, and Smith had 9 tackles on top of the pick 6 and fumble recovery. Could have been Chancellor or Avril too, could have been Russ. In the end Smith was as deserving as any, and considering that he didn't start, and he made the fantastic, heads up interception of Sherman's tip against the 9ers.
Smith has played well all year, and Pete Carroll mentioned in an interview in December that he and Ken Norton have been coaching Malcolm Smith (and Mike Morgan) since he was 18 years old. It shows in the way he plays and completely understands the defense.
Well, I guess Tony told us!
the Seahawks really do own your face
Not sure if I believe this:

Sounds far-fetched kinda like the Mark Cuban betting $1M that the first score of the game would be a safety that was revealed he was just joking about on twitter.
I guess if it's true there are a lot of happy furniture buyers today because of the Seahawks but it's not explained why somebody in Houston would do this without the hometown team involved.
I think it's BS. Thoughts?

Who knows, he could have insured it through a company like Lloyd's of London.
I remember in the 90's, a TV retailer in my area made a huge promotion regarding packers wins. If someone bought a big screen (which were obv much more expensive then) during a certain time period, and there was a certain number of packers wins (i think they were in the playoffs but I can't remember the exact details) then the big screen was free.
They ended up making a killing - but the bet was also insured.
Porn Star Savanna Samson -- I Wanna Gang Bang the Seahawks
"Richard Sherman is being courted by an award-winning actress ... the star of "Ass Spelunking" and "Sweet 'Ho Alabama" ... who tells TMZ Sports she desperately wants to shoot a gang bang with Seattle's "Legion of Boom."
Savanna Samson -- who won a 2005 AVN award for "Best Gang Bang" -- is out in NYC ... and told us she's a HUUUGE fan of the Seahawks' defense.
In fact, she's such a big fan ... she wants to nail all of 'em at the same time ... on video.
Bring on the 12th Man ... and the 13th man ... and the 14th man ... (you get the point)."

Season ticket holders had a small window this morning to get tickets to Clink for the event at the end of the parade. Barely made it.
300k are expected downtown tomorrow, I shut down my office and gave everyone the day off. No school for Jr and Tina obv.
It should be quite a scene, if I remember the camera I'll get pics.

Congrats Tony. Fuck you Hockey Guy.
I got really sick so I missed most of the game but from what I saw that might be the GDOAT. Greatest defense of all time for you Canadians. Very impressive enjoy it because next year GB will own the NFC you heard it here first.
Over 700,000! at the victory parade today. It was unbelievable...
