A friend of mine wanted to go visit him in Van Nuys jail, but they called and were told he wasn't there anymore.

If someone wants to visit Peter, where can they find him now?

He is in the LA County main jail, the Twin Towers located in downtown LA. His visitors may be limited to those on his visitors list. The lasd.org website might give you the visitor guidelines. Why would anybody want to see him?

vpplayer - on recent radio you mentioned Peter's arrest was similar to a plot in a movie.

The movie was Fargo, William H Macy's character was arrested at a motel(screaming like a baby). Pete was taken into custody at a sleazy motel, I believe in Sherman Oaks possibly also screaming like a baby.

Is home invasion classified differently THAN say a home burglary?

Yes because you dont need to steal anything for it to be home invasion.

Home invasion is a more specific crime against the occupant and their property, specifically the use of violence upon entry.
Burglary does not require theft, just the intent to commit a felony once the person has broken and entered into the house.

I don't know how rock solid 1:30 is considering it was suppose to start at 9am and he was 2nd on the docket. Iffy on the pictures. Is the twitter feed still live to the thread?
