Not sure why you interjected your recommendations when the topic at hand had to do with cholesterol and the viability of egg white protein. From that you decided it was high time to randomly throw out your personal feelings regarding cottage cheese?

FWIW, I do not disagree that yogurt and cottage cheese make for excellent sources of protein and fat but your timing and delivery SUCKED. I have seen this from you before and my intention is to help, I am not flaming you.

Drinking bird embryo, first off never consume raw egg whites, aside from health concerns your body can not use the protein until it has been cooked. Secondly the vernacular you are using sounds oddly inflammatory. What do you have against eggs? Seems weird. I love animals more than most and yet I have NO issue eating eggs.
