The reason it has stayed steady is because noone could get any money off. Zero withdraws were being processed
My understanding of it is that when you attempt to cashout it would be weeks before you even knew if it went through, at which point you can't play unless you left money to play. Basically, not being able to get a check is not the same as not being allowed to cashout. I know when I cashed out from another online site (just before Black Friday) it took two weeks for it to be approved, and I couldn't play with that money unless I cancelled the withdrawal request.

It's strange to me (and I was completely wrong in saying it would the instant they stated withdrawal times would improve) that traffic hasn't continued to decline, even on a smaller scale. I would have initiated a cashout the moment this stuff broke just to get in the front of the queue
