they got him surronded now.
It looks like suspect 1 is possibly dead (Mike Mulugeta) is dead. Suspect 2 (Sunil Tripathi) was at scene but is still at large. Naked guy may be someone else, possibly not connected. I found a link to the google cache of Sunil Tripathi's family facebook page to help find him. It's a bit strange they didn't take this down but the facebook page they had for him they removed. I grabbed the video off youtube just in case it goes down not that it really matters all that much.
