Ok so we have come an extremely LONG way to deprogram the mass mind control. I feel and see a lot of positive changes in people rising pretty quickly! *THANK GOD* we should now touch base on proper health for your new ascended bodies of energy. First it is very important to cleanse out your system from all the poisons you have been fed. Try to cut out sodas and replace with water. Very important to drink LOTS of water! If you have tap water just hold the cup of water right under your mouth and say this before you drink it:

That helps change the water and rid flouride. I have been doing this for a year. It works. Mind over matter. You have the power. Next up are vitamins. Fish oil is extremely good for proper brain function. B vitamins and seaweed. Your body will thank you! Then of course try to start cutting down on fast foods. It stunts your soul growth. Fruits and veggies always a plus. Lots of anti-oxidents! When you shower or wash your face, take a grape and cut in half. Then rub it all over your face. This is extremely good for your skin to help it revitalize with all of the anti-oxidents. Plus it's affordable! Pow! Then meditate every night before bedtime. Focus on positive changes. Off to dreamworld and new life! More later.............
