Notice to all trolls- I ain't paying. Don't give two brass shits what any of you do because of my decision and quite frankly you all ought to be ashamed at pestering a grown man over his dealings with another grown man. Attached here is part of a PM I sent to China, it details my reasoning and feelings pretty good and I honestly have better things to do with my time than retype the same content for the forum. The PM works just as well, China I appreciate you sticking your neck out for me here and I think you are partly right, but I wouldn't feel right paying vegas and quite frankly I do not believe I owe him one single penny and I will be damned before I voluntarily let another man rob me. The chips fall where they may.

I am still on the fence about paying vegas. Yeah, he did crumple that napkin just right. On that premise alone I ought to pay. What happened after isn't so cut and dry. Firstly I pm'd him the very night he made the video and told him he got me good and what was his address so I could send funds. Druff can verify I did this I'm sure. he never responded and at the 10 day mark I asked him again and no response so I dropped it. Then a couple months go by and suddenly azzclown has a bug up his ass about the whole thing and vegas ignores the banter until I say something in some thread on dd I forget what and it pissed him off so he figured he'd come collecting I guess. He admitted in the thread I'm thinking of that he never expected me to pay and that showing me up for running my mouth was the payment he was looking for and got, hence why he didn't give a shit. Well low and behold I annoyed him enough he thought it would be fun to hound me for the stupid fucking napkin video. Swell guy. Long story short, I am under this pressure that feels strangely like extortion. You know, pay up to receive preferential treatment (no trolling) etc. In my eyes vegas came out satisfied hence why he didn't respond to my pm's at the outset. That he arbitrarily changed his mind when the mood suited him I could give a fuck less about. Adding to the mess is the fact that paying him is a zero sum proposition-my personal life gains nothing, my online life also gains nothing (same trolls will troll me they will just find some new catchy reason and run with it.) and since I literally gain nothing plus vegas isn't losing anything (unless that was a $50 napkin he had at his kitchen table, and crumpling it has rendered it damaged and unable to clean your hands or something) and on top of ALL of that is the fact that VEGAS KNOWS ALL OF THIS AND HE IS STILL PRESSURING ME TO PAY. You know that sounds like a lot of bullshit Mark, I do not negotiate with terrorists nor do I give in to the demands of terrorists so when I hear "pay the man the money you don't really owe or we will keep ruining your experience online forever" it sounds an awful lot like exaction to me (blurry line between extortion and exaction but I think exaction is appropriate) and you know, it's real low class for vegas to hound me as long as he has about something so stupid and he's watched me suffer for MONTHS here, any decent person would have called the thing off long ago. I am aware of another problem and I would never pay unless someone could prove me wrong- NONE of the trolls hounding me would hound him in the same situation. Obviously whether or not funds are still owed is totally subjective to the parties involved and as vegas himself admitted he never expected me to pay he just wanted to shut me up (and he did so) I declare the matter moot. I did send it to druff as well as vegas china and an undisclosed but interested third party and sonatine, just because I know he's bored someplace doing fuck all and it might have made 45 seconds a little more interesting. Also Druff has stayed 100% silent/neutral so far as I can tell, though he has in fact send me his address so I can ship the funds. If vegas legitimately wanted the $50 my pm's asking for his address would not have been ignored. Further he would have kept everything discreet instead of plastering the coming's and goings of the disputed napkin shenanigans and you know something else, I just started working again and I am just barely edging out my personal demons so now of all times vegas thinks' it's cute to squeeze and see if I ship him some fresh tasty juice? Couple things.

1. I never told Mike via PM or any other avenue to not send payment, that is an outright lie. In fact, in the napkin thread I posted "how are you going to ship me the $50?". I challenge Mike to provide a screen shot of this supposed PM where I told him he was off the hook. Guarantee he can't, there never was one. I always expected Mike to pay but never hounded him over this because I knew it was hard for him to come up with the money. I only turned up the pressure a little bit WHEN HE APPROACHED ME via PM (which there is a screen shot of in this very thread) and then never came through and made excuse after excuse.

2. I am not trying to line my pockets with Mikes' $50, this was supposed to go to a charity.

3. LOL at Mike bitching that I never gave him my address. Why on fucking earth would I want to or need to do that? Guarantee there is not one member on here that would willingly give Mike their address and then sleep well at night. I originally told him after he sent me a PM saying he wanted to square this up TO SHIP THE MONEY DIRECTLY TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY AND PROVIDE A SCREEN SHOT. This whole "he never sent me his address" crap is just another excuse in a long line of excuses. There have been plenty of avenues for Mike to send this money without needing my address.
