OK I read the thread.

This thing started because Druff violated his own rules about privacy. He initially removed the gif kuntmissioner had posted so I thought all was fine.

Kuntmissioner kept posting it plus he posted some personal information about me and my family. Then other PFA members reposted the same gif. I politely asked Druff to remove the gifs.

Without reprinting Druff's PM's to me I can say he told me that he decided to leave the gif up because it had been posted several times. I believe it was reasonable to be upset with Druff's selective enforcement of the PFA rules.

So sure I was pissed at him and wanted to reveal his hypocrisy when he called into SrslySirius' radio show the other night. I was invited to call in but my calls never went through.

I was angry and started this thread. So that was the genesis of this monstrosity.

I feel I was correct to be angry at what Druff did but I admit I was wrong to respond publicly in a thread by calling Druff a coward and a wimp. I let my anger get the better of me and for that I apologize to Druff and the PFA community.

I certainly paid the price for my mistake but I also laughed my ass off reading some of these posts.

I'll briefly address some of the points made here.

Several years ago I explored internet marketing. One program was cash gifting. In its simplest form cash gifting is completely legal however, I left after a brief stint when I disagreed with some of the marketing techniques and associated programs. The good thing about that experience was that I began to study internet marketing and all the pitfalls associated with it.

I started a blog to help people avoid being ripped off by internet marketing scams. That was four years ago and that website has been a success.

I had three stints as a cab driver. Once to make extra money during college, a second time to raise money for a small business in Boston during the '80s and a third time (reflected in that photo above) after I left a corporate job. I'm not ashamed of working as a taxi cab driver. I have also had a successful corporate career and currently own a small business.

Although Druff has allowed my personal life to become public here, in a way this unkind but humorous attack on me has been cathartic. I'm not angry at Druff, kuntmissioner or any of you.

Other than controlling my temper, I will not change anything about how I post here.

I believe you are referring to a small courthouse record published in a newspaper.

My name was attached to a complaint filed through the Clerk of Courts. I was named as one of two defendants. It had absolutely nothing to do with me. The other person named had had a disagreement with the complainant who sought revenge by filing a false complaint.

The other defendant, a close friend of mine, was a cop and the complainant knew that a stain like that would hurt or possibly destroy his law enforcement career. I think it had something to do with a broken cabinet or a window.

We filed a complaint with the District Attorney claiming the charge was baseless.

I believe the reason my name was added was because I had filed a criminal complaint against that same guy after he slashed my tires. It appears he believed he was slashing my friend's car tires (over that beef mentioned earlier) but he picked the wrong car.

The whole thing was turning into a clusterfuck. We had a meeting with the DA's office. My cop friend brought evidence showing there was no broken window, no busted cabinet. The DA talked with the complainant and was convinced the entire complaint was made up to hurt my friend's career and get back at me for filing charges against him for the tire slashing.

It was completely false but what impressed me was the DA told one of his assistants to immediately bring us all in front of a judge and have the entire matter dismissed. The judge listened and threw the entire case out.

Druff's rules aren't the constitution. They're a set of guidelines. They're enforced as he sees fit because it's his website.

When I was a young kid, I was best friends with the biggest guy in my age group. Being the snotty little shit I was, I took advantage of this and tormented/harrassed another big kid. Whenever he tried to put me in my place, I'd just hide behind my buddy and he protected me. This went on for a while. Eventually, my friend decided that enough was enough and he let me get my ass kicked. I deserved it. After that, I stopped being a dick and we all got along.

When you constantly antagonize people, you can't really cry foul when someone gets tired of covering for you and cleaning up after your shit.
