Again, this US tourism requirement is an implementation fail of a good idea -- another mishandling by the current Administration.
What they should have done was require prospective tourists to fill out an online form where they state the handles of all social media accounts, with the understanding that they may be denied entry upon arrival if not truthful.
Then the system can scan these accounts for either instant approval, or for further processing by a human (depending upon what is found).
Any bashing of Trump or US policy should be ignored. Instead, they should be looking for statements in solidarity with Hamas or other terror groups, in addition to general anti-American sentiment.
Those which seem either pro-terror (even if indirectly, like a foreign Justin Bonomo type) or blatantly anti-American can and should be denied entry -- but they should be informed of this at the time they apply, not when they get here.
Entry into the US is not a right, unless you are a citizen. It is perfectly fine to keep out those who hate our country or who openly sympathize with our enemies. These tourists are not entitled to US free speech rights.
However, there should not be an overly intrusive investigation (like it is now), nor should anyone be denied entry simply because they hate Trump and his policies.
