WHAT A SERIES
Closest I've ever seen.
Tellafriend you're going to win your +3500 (hope you bet it)
Welp, there is another step to some more tense next CBA discussions. Even more tense owners meetings.
What a series
Reminded me of how I felt in game 7 of Cubs-Indians.

Glad the Jays made it this far.
But they did choke this game away. You have to find a way to hit a sac fly.
Also can’t let the number 9 hitter hit a dinger.
I never heard Informer by Snow played even once, Jays deserved to lose.
Both teams equally deserved to win this one. Great series, the most even I've ever seen.
If you want to feel a little better, Rojas has done this before. He's never been a great hitter, but he's always had a little bit of power and is good at coming up big in the clutch. I've seen him hit other HR in the postseason at critical times.
Also if you think about where the Jays were at the end of 2024, or even on June 1, 2025, this is a big accomplishment on their part.
Dave Roberts "Baseball is the greatest game ever invented" uhhh reality check bozo, ever heard of fortnite?
Well, even if Yamamato has a lousy second half of his long contract, the Dodgers already got a shitload of value out of him. And that's not to mention the merchandising which will grow even more after this.
The fact that he's 27 helped. He had built up the durability to do something like this, but also hasn't aged enough yet to where his body has experienced any decline. Most players have their best season at 27 or 28, unless roids are involved.
He had a really good attitude though. He actually wanted the ball. Just a really hard working guy.
Did you read about how he cleaned trash out of the dugout after his CG victory?
