I keep reading that Antifa is a "distraction" from Trump's other issues. Maybe, maybe not. However, that's not really important here. If Antifa is legitimately on the attack, which they are right now at the ICE facility in Portland, then it is the correct move to handle them.

The left has been long gaslighting about Antifa, ranging from "they don't exist, it's just an idea" to "it's mostly peaceful with a few exceptions". It's a complete lie. Antifa does exist, and it is violent. They don't even hide that they're violent. The lack of a central structure doesn't equate to nonexistence.

There was one murder by a self-proclaimed Antifa member. But by your metric that’s a lone wolf and doesn’t count if inspired by doesn’t matter.

Then two immigrants got killed by incompetent Antifa group in Texas. That’s the entire list.


McVeigh and certainly his partner were active in Michigan militia. They killed 170 including a boatload of children. There were like 5 killed by militia group over some tax protest. Those are just off the top of my head

If you think the laughable Antifa warrants national guard, then you have to think it logical the Navy seals and Rangers should storm all these militia groups as their body counts are way fucking higher and all these right wing groups that stormed the capitol are way more organized than Antifa.

Claiming Antifa is a real threat to anything beyond glass windows is laughable in comparison to the right wing violence and groups armed to the moon. This arguing that this is justified is super hyper partisan garbage. It’s Trump distraction bullshit for his drooling cult.
