On paper guys like Musk are worth hundreds of billions, but do they have the real cash and tangible assets of say Warren Buffet (or the Waltons?) or large positions in anything they can actually exit from safely? Buffet directly owns close to 60 billion of just the 350 billion cash on hand Berkshire had at last check that he controls. Who knows how much property, liquid assets, gold, and stakes in Russian oil and gas Putin has.
