It seems like the Judge’s attitude changed over the lunch break because apparently he had an exchange with P Diddy regarding if he wanted to stay in the Brooklyn Detention Center and Diddy said something like “No Sir”.

So it seemed like he tipped his hand initially he was going to set bond but then came up with the fact that their was “violence” after the intitial raid in order to refuse bail here. Crazy thing is nobody else on the planet would be prosecuted for watching his girlfriend getting willfully banged by male hookers, this case was manufactured. My understanding is that this “Man Act” was really to prosecute pimps. Guys who owned massage parlors/brothels where it was clear they were taking a percentage of the prostitution coin. This way they could get these guys even if they came up short on whether the girls were necessarily “trafficked” in the legal sense. But technically if you have a prostitute cross state lines, like Elliot Spitzer (who wasn’t prosecuted under this act, you are violating the law. My guess is J Lo was just willfully blind to whatever he did when she wasn’t around. They dated when she was a huge star and my thought is they spent a lot of time apart.
