Dodgers literally couldn't trade for him now. Saw a hypothetical offer that was Rushing, Pages, and 2 lower level guys. Sure, as long as you throw in Mookie or Freeman also, which the Pirates wouldn't pay for.
Phillies the only team off the top of my head that could make an offer of all prospects, and it would be like their top 6 basically, that you could reasonably consider it. Mainly cause Abel and Painter are both SP's also.

Random stat I just noticed. Since the trade 1 1/2 years ago, Glasnow has pitched 152 innings with a 3.61 ERA for the Dodgers, Pepiot has pitched 212 innings with a 3.49 ERA for the Rays.
Both pitchers really wound up on the appropriate teams.

In another tale of two franchises, the Brewers are a rare team right now in that they have more quality starters than they have starts for. Nonetheless, they are calling up their top pitching prospect, Jacob Misiorowski, to pitch in the rotation. Aaron Civale getting bumped to the pen, despite having pitched well. The kid was no longer being challenged in AAA, thus its time.
Meanwhile, Pittsburgh continues to trot out retreads at the back of their rotation while Chandler wastes time in AAA
