My recollection: Garrett doxed himself, posted his real name. From there, arrest photos for Florida residents are dime a dozen. Bathroom wall smock photo appearance rings true and correct.
Garrett was known to the QuadJacks community for making himself bleed live on their stream, I can't recall the specific antics. There was some forum crossover (SS, IIR), details were posted.
I don't have time to look but a search through Gs early posting history would probably lead to the promised land.
