I made a killing last year, like a lot. This year I am on a huge downswing. It's just been rough. Most of my losses have been on IOVA and UHC, I just got crushed. I am right now 100% cash but I need to make it up. Not because I need the money, I got plenty, its just the fact I got it plowed in and just pissed.
So should I rebuy IOVA, take a look

As for stocks, I am an oil guy and my top 3 are- XOM, CVX and COP.
I also like utilities like- So Cal Gas, Edison and Nevada Elecrtic.
I also like communications stocks- T-Mobile and Verizon.
Also, someone here posted about the Investco fund QQQ and I bought their ETF of QQA.
I am not an expert, but thats how I roll.
