You do NOT, I repeat do NOT have to be a resident of Nevada to purchase a gun in the state.
I never addressed this topic or state anything about having or not having to be a resident in NV to purchase a firearm. Anyone can purchase a firearm at a FFL and have it shipped to their FFL out of state. (most likely wont work if the firearm is Off Roster in CA) I am willing to bet I know more about firearms and firearm purchases than you, since you had to look it up.
I'm pretty sure I have bought more firearms in AZ, CA and NV than you.
Its been confirmed that his Malibu home did burn down and he did try to buy a firearm in Nevada. The only way to (try) to buy a firearm in Nevada is by being a resident.
A lawyer for Gibson had asked the Trump administration to restore the “Braveheart” (1995) actor’s gun rights, saying that in recent years, he had tried to buy a weapon in Nevada but been denied because of the conviction.
To be honest, I really dont care where he lives, I just wanted to focus on the topic of getting his rights back. But keep beating that drum.
I’m sorry you are struggling. Maybe you should rest.
