I never addressed this topic or state anything about having or not having to be a resident in NV to purchase a firearm. Anyone can purchase a firearm at a FFL and have it shipped to their FFL out of state. (most likely wont work if the firearm is Off Roster in CA) I am willing to bet I know more about firearms and firearm purchases than you, since you had to look it up.

I'm pretty sure I have bought more firearms in AZ, CA and NV than you.

    But keep trying.

Its been confirmed that his Malibu home did burn down and he did try to buy a firearm in Nevada. The only way to (try) to buy a firearm in Nevada is by being a resident.

A lawyer for Gibson had asked the Trump administration to restore the “Braveheart” (1995) actor’s gun rights, saying that in recent years, he had tried to buy a weapon in Nevada but been denied because of the conviction.
To be honest, I really dont care where he lives, I just wanted to focus on the topic of getting his rights back. But keep beating that drum.

I’m sorry you are struggling. Maybe you should rest.

Not struggling at all, I went back clarified it. If Gibson was still a CA resident, I am pretty sure he knew well enough not to try to buy a firearm in Nevada without the proper resident credentials.

But since you seem to be obsessed with the topic and so far TWO media sources have reported that he is Nevada resident, most likely after his Malibu home burned down recently.
