In Elon's case any reasonable judge is going to rule this kid needs more than that given security concerns etc. and in the future, private school tuition etc. It's not a guarantee that Texas will have jurisdiction, and if she wins sole custody, I expect she will eventually make the move to California and try and claim jurisdiction there with a support modification once three years have passed - fully hopping on the gravy train. I'd say Elon is crazy compromised (you've got to imagine there are many more girls out there he's purposely fucked to get pregnant we are not aware of). But at the same time I'm not sure Elon gives a fuck at all about any of this especially with his money/status. But we do know his self esteem is pretty fragile...
