I go to AC reguarly and there are TONS of Billboards for Online Casinos owned by Wind Creek in Bethlehem, PA and Sugar House in Philly. There's also a Bovada Online Casino Bonus Ad as you leave AC on the Expressway.

So I'm not sure if the Billboard advertising laws apply in that situation. However Nevada is a completely different animal and may be more strict. Also given BOL is an offshore casino would likely give Vegas Billboard companies a valid reason to take down the advertisement.

As most likely Chrissy "forgot" to mention that part of his advertisement and there is clearly NO fine print disclosing his BloatLifeCash link is just a redirect to BetOnline.ag!

If nothing else, you can get him in trouble for Blatant False Advertising!

Time will tell but I’m not so sure they are totally innocent. I can’t believe they would just post a website without knowing what it is. Hell someone could put a porn site up in that case. Now they may not totally understand it’s illegal but again someone in the industry in Vegas should be asking questions before posting it.

I just believe there has to be some approval process for ads they accept. I look forward to what, if any, response you get.

I recall for a LONG time there was a I Hate Steven Singer Billboard on the AC expressway I mentioned above. It didn't advocate violence in any way, and to this day I have No Clue who Steven Singer is. However, I would guess it was taken down eventually for Defamation? Or possible a bunch of snow flakes complained that it was considered "Hate Speech" and asked for them to remove it?

Either way, as long as you pay and only circumvent the law in a round about way, the billboard companies probably don't give a shit what you're promoting!

Actually Steven Singer ran those boards. He’s a jeweler and his gimmick was the other jewelry dealers hated him, in gimmick, because he undersold them. The idea was people would say who the fuck is Steven Singer and would then look him up. And theoretically save money by buying off him.
