we all new it was planned and intentional but here is just more confirmation i guess...
this is a large part of why some people still have money to spend on travel, etc. when common sense tells the rest of us in the real world that times are harder and getting harder.
this and the no collateral sba loans are the largest scale public fraud in history..
and these sentences are laughable. not only would they fail to deter anyone, they encourage the fraudulent behavior.
