Israel finally is doing what they should have done a year ago -- relentlessly going after the terror groups attacking them.

They were too distracted by the international community (mostly leftists) harassing them over their response to Hamas. This made the war go on even longer, and thus brought on even more criticism.

Here it is quick and efficient. Hezbollah's commanders, including its leader, have been wiped out.
The pagers, knowing exactly where Hezbollah's leaders are...but didn't know anything about October 7th? Makes one wonder.
They were caught with their pants down, just like the US on 9/11.

Sometimes you get complacent with the status quo, and you get hit from out of nowhere.

Even if you want to make the case that Israel knew the 10/7 attacks were coming, and then let them happen in order to justify going after Hamas, that doesn't change the fact that Hamas attacked them. Nor does it change the fact that Hezbollah started firing rockets into Israel the next day, sensing weakness.

There's been a lot of anti-Semitic rhetoric trying to paint Israel as the oppressors, but it falls apart upon scrutiny. Hamas and Hezbollah aren't brave freedom fighters. They are religious fanatics who hate Jews, and have been propped up by Iran. Hezbollah doesn't give a shit about the Lebanese people, and Hamas doesn't care about the people of Gaza. It's a selfish crusade, fueled by extremist hate, and funded by a regime jockeying for power in the region.

Fortunately these groups have anti-Semite conspiracy nuts on both the left and right, doing free propaganda work for them.
