That change in nuclear doctrine is probably worth reading or not.
correct it is worth noting... Russia can NOW use nuclear weapons if it is struck by conventional weapons from a non nuclear state but is backed by a nuclear state ( ie: USA ) ... all explained here pretty thoroughly in this 1 minute video...includes drones and other aircraft... we probably should be sitting at Defcon 1 instead of Defcon 3...
