when covid hit and no one really had any clear data on how contagious it was and what its dispersal mechanics were, i was using UV lights to sterilize food that came into the house and i noticed that when i hit bananas with it, they tended to rot much faster and the texture kinda changed more quickly.
in the last year or so, ive noticed a lot of my produce acting like its been hit with UV lights.
everything tends to rot much faster etc etc.
could 100% just be my mind playing tricks on me but its something i clocked.

Edible food coatings from U.S. company Apeel Sciences are made of monoglycerides and diglycerides that are not “toxic” to humans, contrary to posts on social media. Walter Willett, a professor of epidemiology and nutrition at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, said monoglycerides and diglycerides are not toxic or concerning.
“These are just partially digested fat that we get from our diet or that our body makes from carbohydrates or protein,” he said. “Our body makes these in large amounts as part of normal digestions.”

Reuters fact check... isn't that owned by Bill Gates too?? ( receive millions of dollars from the Gates foundation ) are these the same fact checkers that told you the Cov-19 vax stops the spread and transmission.... and also was SAFE... are these the same fact checkers that tell you everything is "A OK " with Joe Biden... the fact of the matter is, the fruits that were presented turned into some sort of rubbery consistency but other wise looked normal to the human eye... oh and by the way... Bill Gates owns Whole Foods too... where some of these fruits were purchased....
