I have not been to Joe's in Vegas, but been to Joe's in Chicago 3 or 4 times. I get the stone crab appetizer and usually whatever fish special they have, last time was Sea Bass I think. Keep in mind if you are with a date and get a bottle of wine you are not getting out of there for under $400.
