Turned out this entire thing was a scam, and Wesley was innocent.

Not sure why Wesley didn't articulate this better when it was all going down.

The alleged scammer -- the guy originally claiming to be the victim in all of this -- is named Wajid Thamer, also known as Russell Thamer, and lives in London.
