Yes, Stacy has a brother. His name is Jonathan Foster.

This is how I verified it:

There is an obituary from 2012 for a Betty Julius from Tiffin, Ohio. In this obituary, It list her only child as Cathy Ann Foster (Stacy's Mother). It list Grandchildren as Stacy Meier and Jonathan Foster.

This is Stacy's MATERNAL Grandmother. The only possible way Stacy can have a maternal Grandmother who has a Grandchild with the last name "Foster", would be if they were siblings. If the Grandmother happened to be on her father's side, there could be many more possibilities (such as cousins) as to what relation a Foster is to her. Since it's her Mother's side, it's very straightforward.

Further, as we know Stacy's father is Robert Foster. His middle name is "John". He passed it along to his son (Jonathan). He also gave his son a middle name of "Robert" (his first name). Jonathan is 42, and still lives in Ohio. I don't want to put the guy on blast, but he is fairly easy to find.

Hopefully Jonathan is responsible and the Fosters decide to leave what wealth they have to Jonathan, or at the very least let him manage any disbursement Stacy may get when they pass.
