Just trying to decide the best angle here...

Talk to someone on the phone, explain that the product was not at all what was advertised.
Gauge their reception to each thing you mention (I have not followed to closely) - include things like him lying about his financial situation, background, his ownership of anything, possibly the fake money.
Whichever point(s) they are most receptive to, use those in your write up that you will submit.

Be clear you are willing to file charges against him if needed.

It seems like Druff wrote a sample complaint awhile ago. If we can find that or write up a new one, then point these people to it so they can copy and paste in the form for their bank dispute. Many of them simply don't know how to file the dispute. I think this would help a lot of people go forward with it.

I forgot to add in the Rep that CM videos said that he wins 100% of the time. I know I wrote that CM said he never loses but never losing 100% of the time is more convincing as to his scam. As you know, there were several videos made where his thumbnail had that written on it.

Pickleball: Inform the bank that he was a victim of a scam. That CM made 100s of videos saying that he never lost with his system. Banks will always do a charge back on a scam. Let them know his YT channel was terminated as well.

Here's a screenshot of CM telling some guy that if he joins the coaching club he'll ALWAYS start winning.

But I recomment just starting out just telling the credit card company that this was a scam and a fraud and that YT terminated his channel because of that.
