We learned from Lee's legal wrangling with Chrissy that he makes himself extremely difficult to serve. In fact, when Lee did his appeal to the restraining order, Chrissy was not servable, he was left a notice on his garage, and he showed up at the last minute, claiming he "just found it". Chrissy obviously hides when anyone comes to the door that he doesn't know, fearing either a beating or a summons.

The problem with small claims is that you can't serve by notification, as you can in municipal court. You have to serve a human being at the defendant's home or business who is over 18. Basically that's only Chrissy or Stacy, so if they simply avoid being served, you can't sue him in small claims court.

The other problem is jurisdictional. You need to serve him within the state of where the court is. That means you can't sue Chrissy in your state and then serve him in Texas.

The good news is he might be collectible, but I won't get into how, because I don't want him to take steps to avoid it. But suffice to say that if you plan to sue Chrissy, and want to collect any judgment from him, I have ideas as to how you can collect.

A lawsuit against Chrissy could be successful, but isn't a complete slam dunk. This is because of the public's poor understanding of gambling matters. Chrissy can simply assert that his coaching was teaching people how to gamble, and he provided those lessons. He could assert that the defendant is just a sore loser and can't take the negative swings in gambling. For example, if I coached someone in poker in exchange for a fee, and they used my strategies and lost, they could not successfully sue me. I could claim that they either had bad luck or did not apply my lessons properly. Chrissy could use the same defense.

However, you'd have a good chance of winning because of Chrissy's false claims about how he can teach you to consistently win in the casino, and that he's a "professional gambler" who supports himself (and has become a millionaire) by gambling in the casino. If Chrissy could not prove in court that he actually has won gambling, or that his strategies are mathematically +EV (they aren't), then he would likely lose if you sued him. Additionally, most people see casinos as unbeatable long term, so Chrissy's ridiculous lessons could easily be understood as fraudulent.

Anyway, this is all a moot point until someone victimized decides to sue him. Most of us cannot sue him because we never gave him a dime.

What he actually got is a premium suite, which goes for over 1K per night during the week. Figure it had to cost 1500 per night over the weekend.

As to how he does this….it’s not rocket science. If he has 50 morons that pay him $500 per month then he’s pulling in 25K per month. You do that and suddenly buying a suite for 1.5K for two nights isn’t a big deal. Remember that he’s also making affiliate money off these people . He does spend a lot, which is moronic. It wouldn’t shock me if nearly every dollar he has coming in also goes out. His claims of having 6 savings accounts are not real. He has no assets other than the financed Lexus and he doesn’t keep much o what the suckers give him. I’m sure most of the rooms he gets are comped due to how much he loses at the casinos,,,but in this case he would have had to have paid since this i not a casino hotel (nor is it even anywhere near the Chicago area casinos).
