The deal to buy Twitter has been delayed because current CEO refuses to confirm that less than 5% of it's users are bots which was filed with SEC.

However according to insiders the real numbers are that about 20% are bots and that's the low number. Elon Musk says he wants to pay less for Twitter because of this.
