Why does he still rent if he is making 100k plus a month? This isn't like some 20 something or early 30 something that is single and moves around. This is a middle aged man married with a kid, yet still doesn't own a home.

I still enjoy that he thinks because he owns(co-signed by father-in-law) a lexus that proves he has made it...dude it's not that great of a car, especially for a millionaire. It's a nice car for a middle class family, and even then, a middle class family is very likely to own more than 1 car.

That his lifestyle hasn't changed basically at all; that the stakes he plays online hasn't changed at all; that he shows fake money online or passes off $1 bills as $100...makes me come to the conclusion that 250k can't be spent without strings attached.

We truly don't no what the father-in-law thinks of all this, he has to be aware of how Chris makes money and the YT channel. It's possible he is letting Chris use his account as a prop to help him make cash. He probably doesn't approve but he also doesn't want to support both of them. Also, people can come up with all sorts of rationales of why scamming people is okay.
