Many of us value diversity and do our best to welcome all members of peoplekind regardless of their background. For instance in my home poker games in an effort to increase diversity we have begun to take active steps to invite those who either are either non homeowners, poorly educated, or were born on the east coast. All of these factors may have greatly impacted their ability to be successful in life but that is likely not their fault. The resulting conversation has become much more lively and have found myself learning about some very lively topics. I would encourage the OP to reconsidered their preconceived notions as well.
