I didn't say he claims she's a trophy wife. In fact, she's over 3 years older than him. However, he routinely calls her "my beautiful wife", including in one of his videos within the last few days. I agree that in reality he doesn't give a shit about her, but he cares a whole lot about his image. The last thing he'd do is create a fake account of her using a purposely unflattering picture which makes her look as ugly as possible. As her husband, and having featured her in countless videos, he has a million options for pics of her. Why would he select the absolute worst one to feature on this Instagram account? Clearly this was done by someone who hated them.

Furthermore, the whole thing makes no sense. The only purpose for a burner account used to threaten someone is to do it anonymously. If you're going to threaten someone under your wife's name, you'll just send it under your wife's actual well known account. If you don't want the threat to come back on you or your wife, then you make a burner account in a fake name. But nobody makes a burner to threaten someone under their own name.

Also, as pointed out by that Tariq guy, what was the point of this threat anyway? Spencer released that video almost 5 months ago, and hasn't done a follow-up. If a threat about it was going to be sent by Chrissy or Stacy, it would have happened back then.

We need to look at Occam's Razor here. What is more likely?

Everytime we see her she's wearing those cheap black yoga pants, he's never shown off his hot wife. We are here to tell the truth about the entire situation.

I only want CM bashed here for what he's guilty of doing -- which is plenty. However, I'm not a believer in spreading lies about someone just because you don't like them.

I don't like Chrissy, and want to see him go to jail. That's what he deserves. However, a thread like this becomes useless if we knowingly put out falsehoods. That's why I'll post evidence in his favor (such as his recent BOL cashout, and this allegation about the second Stacy account), and I'll also post evidence which shows he's a scumbag/liar/scammer (which I've done plenty of, as well).

The reason this forum and radio show have survived for 10 years is because people know they're getting an honest, bullshit-free experience. They know what to expect. They know that I don't tell lies to suit any agenda.

I wasn't worried about this because there is no proof because I was never doing those things.

What I brought with me to court, just in case was the following:

- A flash drive containing the entire video where CM doxxed me.

- Several small clips from the doxxing video on my phone, as I knew the judge wouldn't want to sit through the whole video.

- Printed out screen shots from my messages with Bob Hesley

- Printed out screen shots of several different areas within CM's doxxing video showing my SSN as well as him showing the messages between him and Bob Hesley.

- Audio clips of Todd's show where KD & myself appeared on the show at the same time.

- Todd's phone# in case the judge would call him as a witness.

The judge got to see the printed out screen shots. The judge also took my phone for a brief period to watch the video where he displayed my SSN. The judge was in the process of grilling CM about it because moments before the judge seen this CM blatantly lied to the judge by claiming to never have doxxed me.

While the judge was grilling CM about lying and doxxing, a court assistant brought a phone to the judge and the judge stopped grilling CM for a brief moment and him and the court assistant was talking quietly for about 1 min.

After that, the judges attention was solely on me and wanted me to address why/how his court room was being recorded.

I didn't hear what he or the court assistant "heard" and had no idea what he was talking about. I couldn't address it. He wasn't hearing anything else about the case until I addressed why/how the court room was being recorded. Of course I couldn't answer that as I had no idea how....and since I couldn't answer that and the judge thinking I was lying, he emotionally issued the TPO against me, despite the fact that CM never showed 1 shred of evidence.

I have contacted the court reporter and have requested the public records for the transcripts. She claimed it would take approx. 2 weeks and is going to cost around $220. ($3.80/page and she said there were 55-60 pages). This will provide some good comedy and will also show there's nothing I could have done differently.
