I think you’re confusing the budget with the debt ceiling.

The US is not going to default, despite the nihilists otherwise known as the Republicans.

I know they are separate.

Mitch McConnell has said he will NOT vote to raise the debt ceiling again and Joe Manchin will NOT bypass the filibuster so Democrats can pass it.

Biden’s $3.5 Trillion reconciliation bill or whatever you want to call it will NOT happen.

It may become a $1.5 Trillion bill that won’t cover shit.
