Our pedophilia/sex crime laws are so ridiculous in that we sweep serious Chris Hansen pedo level stuff and nothingburger stuff (like getting caught peeing on a wall behind a bar) into the same category, so I am extremely hesitant to judge anyone without knowing the actual details of what happened.
