The narrative is that *white racist voter-protected* police shoot *minority* victims. That's why Jeff Sessions is pushing to gut federal oversight of badly behaving local police deparments.

I think what he's trying to say is that Officer Yanez is Hispanic, which unless I'm mistaken, is also a minority (California and/or Texas notwithstanding). So in this case, a minority shot a minority. But I get your point.
