Wouldn't all of the talent be on air. I don't think graphic designers would ever be described as "talent" no matter how talented they are. It's a word for strippers and apparently all of ESPN's employees.

bad title by me...they took the ax to some of their writers for .com...they axed like all of their hockey department with the exception of Melrose at this point...
