Is there a cut off time to register or your seat is forfeited that you know of?

I’m wondering if they are going to have time to truly know the amount of no shows before the thing starts.

They are definitely giving themselves a window to fill empty seats. They probably have like a standby list for a flight like you said. Will fill those seats with those names. Good call!

Yes, I’m speculating a bit here but why on Earth would they need everyone to register in person the day before unless they wanted to know where they stood on the amount of no shows.
